Eureka Teleconferencing was established in 2006 with the goal of creating a revolution in pricing and service for the Australian teleconferencing market. A team of teleconferencing industry gurus sought out the leading-edge teleconferencing platform, recording and billing systems. The key criteria were to develop a system that was very simple to use delivering excellent audio quality and 100% reliable.
- Eureka adopted a reservationless, dial in approach to teleconferencing allowing registered customers to use us at anytime without the need to make a prior booking. This simple system means less administration by the customer as well as a lower cost service.
- We weren’t interested in putting our calls over the internet. While it may have been cheaper for us, the quality is highly variable.
- To provide 100% reliability we actually bought two teleconferencing platforms!
- Our systems are housed in one of Australia’s leading telecommunications company’s data centres for direct access to the telephone network. They are tightly integrated to deliver what has become Australia’s simplest, lowest cost teleconferencing service backed up by 24 x 7 Australian helpdesk support.
